Dr. John Pidutti's experience with Raw
Foods started with an amazing trip to the Neo Hippocratic
Clinic in Lima, Peru.
"I went down to train with Carlos Casanova Lenti, M.D.
and learn about Natural Hippocratic Diet Therapy. At the time
of the trip I had no idea what a raw food diet was and so
I was going down out of curiosity, 'if
it can help people heal and works in line with our bodies
principles of healing then I am interested'.
